USA SKATEBOARDING COACHES CELEBRATE 1 YEAR

USA Skateboarding Coaches Celebrate 1 Year

We would like to thank our high performance coaches Josh "Peacock" Henderson (Park) and John Nicholson (Street) for all of the work they do behind the scenes. Throughout the past year, they have helped our organization tremendously by supporting our athletes and continuously pushing USA Skateboarding to the next level. Both of our coaches have put in countless hours training and traveling with the team. Thank you, Peacock and John.

RIDERS HIT ROME

Josh and the Park team gear up for the push to Paris. Ruby Lilley, Grace Marhoefer, Liam Pace and Bryce Wettstein attended the USA Skateboarding Rome pre-camp, training on the course with a little sight seeing on the side.

ADAPTIVE ACTION SPORTS OVERNIGHT SKATEBOARD CAMP

If It Rolls, We Roll With It!

As part of USA Skateboarding's initiative to promote inclusivity, we would like to highlight our partnership and upcoming camp with Adaptive Action Sports. AAS is non-profit that creates action sport opportunities for individuals living with permanent physical disabilities.

Their upcoming camp is a great opportunity for the adaptive community to learn to skate or improve their skill. Over the course of six days, campers will be able to visit five different skateparks all around Colorado. Members of the USA Skateboarding team will be joining us as guest coaches and athletes will be able to learn from the best!

On day one, campers will arrive in Silverthorne, Colorado with games and dinner to follow. The next morning, athletes will be skate Frisco Skatepark and later depart to Aspen. Riders will rest up in the hotel so by day three, they are ready to skate Aspen! By day four riders will see Crested Butte and check out the brand new skatepark built by Evergreen Skateparks. On the last full day, campers will head to Salida to skate their new park by Grindline.

Do not miss out on the chance to participate in the Adaptive Action Overnight Skate Camp! Have questions or want to secure your spot? Email Daniel at daniel@adacs.org.
