Format

Bowl Jams format events: 8 skaters per jam, 3 runs at 30 seconds each, skate in order until you fall. Judged on overall impression.

Judging Criteria

  • Jams are scored on overall impression. Judges analyze the following elements when scoring:
    • Commitment, creativity, and use of entire course and features
    • Distance traveled through air, slides, or grinds
    • Speed, style, flow, and power
    • Lines carry weight, but innovation and difficulty are rewarded
    • But the most important thing is to have fun!
